• The Package Hold / Token Amount (10%) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame as per company policy.
• Cancellation charges may vary in case of peak season, special offers, or non-refundable Hotel or Transport bookings.
• The company reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy in accordance with supplier rules and operational requirements.

Postponement Policy:-

• Customers requesting to postpone their travel must email the request to the company’s authorized email.
• The company will make every effort to accommodate the change at any time before departure, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
• If postponement is not possible, the traveler must travel on the originally booked dates or will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
• Any additional costs due to postponement (e.g., changes in hotel rates, transport charges) will be borne by the customer.
